Lume checks the AI engines people actually use to research and decide: Gemini (Google), ChatGPT (OpenAI), and Perplexity. You see, per engine, whether your brand is mentioned for a given prompt and who else shows up — so you can track AI visibility the same way you track rankings.
Yes. Lume supports local SEO with rank tracking by location, so you can see how you appear to searchers in the markets you serve — useful for a Google Business Profile presence and map-pack visibility. It's geared to physical and service businesses that need to know how they look in local results.
The interface is available in English and Japanese, and it auto-detects your language on first visit (you can switch any time). Lume is Japanese-first by design — the JA experience is first-class, not an afterthought. Rank and SERP tracking itself works across the locations and languages you target, regardless of UI language.
Connect it in a couple of clicks via Google sign-in (OAuth) — no copying API keys or editing DNS. Lume requests read-only access to the Search Console properties you choose, then pulls your real clicks, impressions, and queries so its recommendations are grounded in your own data. You can disconnect at any time.
Flat monthly or yearly plans — no surprise overage bills. You only watch two numbers: tracked keywords (how many you monitor) and monthly usage units (the on-demand tools you choose to run — content briefs, audits, research, AI-visibility checks — all draw from the same units, AI included). Routine views and reports don't burn anything. Yearly billing is roughly two months free.
Yes — manage everything yourself through the Stripe Customer Portal from your plan page: change plan, switch between monthly and yearly, update your card, or cancel. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drops to Free. For refund questions, reach us at support@lume-seo.com.
Yes. You can export reports and results (including to Looker Studio via the API on eligible plans), and you can delete your projects or your whole account from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your data and revokes the Google connection. If you need help with a full export or deletion, email support@lume-seo.com.
Yes — a read-only API (/api/v1) is available on Growth and above, so you can pull your data into Looker Studio, spreadsheets, or your own dashboards. It's read-only by design: it surfaces your Lume data for reporting rather than writing changes back. You generate and revoke API tokens from your account settings.
Yes. The Free plan lets you connect one site, track a starter set of keywords, and spend a starter allowance of usage units on the AI tools — no card required. It's enough to see Lume's triangulation and recommendations on your own site before you decide to upgrade.
Your Search Console connection is read-only and used only to power your own analyses and recommendations — we don't sell your data. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers. You can disconnect Google, export your data, or delete your account at any time.
